WHAT IS YOUR FEE STRUCTURE?
Unless we specify otherwise, our general fee structure is broken into three parts:
- Permitting Fees
- These fees are collected upfront. It will vary by job, but generally in the $400-$600 range. This includes drawing, scheduling fee, and demolition permit if required.
- Materials Fees
- Material cost is collected approximately ten days before work commences.
- Labor Fees
- The remaining balance is collected at the completion of the project.
WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE?
Robert, owner and lead carpenter, started his career in carpentry right after graduating high school in 1987. Having a knack for figuring out problems and enjoying working with his hands, carpentry was the perfect trade for him.
With the encouragement and guidance of his employer, he started Pro-Cut Builders in 1997 quickly becoming one of the top carpentry companies in Delaware.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and most major credit cards. There is a 4% proccessing fee for credit cards.
